Brexit

Unless you've been living in captivity or 'off grid' over the last few months, you will know that, in an historic referendum on 23rd June 2016, the UK voted to leave the EU.

Regardless of how you voted, or what your personal opinion is on being part, or not, of the EU, there is no doubt that there are changes hanging in the wings. Exactly how this will affect your business, and to what extent, very much depends on your business operating model and markets - and not forgetting about your target customer base and suppliers, who may be more or less affected than you.

The Autumn 2016 Labour Market Outlook report makes for some interesting reading ... and certainly gives us some food for thought.

It's time for us to put on our Big Pants a la Bridget Jones and face up to the impending challenges.

Although there will, undoubtedly, be some significant challenges, there are also some huge opportunities.
