Hello! and welcome ...
I truly believe that people make for the greatest competitive advantage in any business, and that businesses made up of people with the right blend of attitude and abilities can achieve extraordinary things. It is this passion that drove me to set-up Business Sense HR Ltd.
My passion for bringing out the best in people is borne out through my Coaching and Leadership Development expertise with a wide range of managers and executives across a number of industries.
I have a strong background in managing various business change programmes from Company Culture, Employee Engagement, Sales Function Re-engineering and Restructures through to Talent Management, Succession Planning, M&A;s and TUPE.
I am a member of CIPD and the Association for Coaching. I’ve undertaken a number of HR, Coaching and Leadership related courses and I also hold a Master of Sciences degree in Strategic HR and Organisation Development. I am qualified and certified to use a number of psychometric tools and assessments.
In my spare time I'm into all things 'creative' with a passion for Sugarcraft. But I'm a bush baby at heart and the African bush runs thickly through my veins - I highly recommend a walk on the wildside, it's so good for the soul!
