OTHER COACHING.
Resilience Coaching
In an ever-changing world, Resilience is key to be able to face the issues, obstacles and challenges we are faced with on an almost continuous basis.
Our coaching programme enables you to maintain clarity and to think in terms of possibilities rather than be bogged down by daily pressures. We will stimulate and inspire you to address your challenges in a measured way. We equip you with the tools and techniques to increase your flexibility, enabling you to develop strategies to be more effective in your role, face challenges and reduce the risk of stress and burnout.
We also offer Resilience Training Workshops.
Transition Coaching
Our Transition Coaching differs slightly from most in that we support senior leaders during periods of transition and change. This could be as a result of a change in role (and enabling you to hit the ground running in the first 100 days) or it could be around a business change (eg merger, acquisition, restructure).
Coaching senior leaders ensures that they themselves are adequately supported and enables them to more effectively support people across their business. Our coaches have real-life experience of managing organisational change programmes and are best placed to coach and guide you on all aspects of the transition.
Top Talent Coaching
Coaching your top talent is likely to be part of your Talent Management and Succession Planning strategies. If you don’t have these in place we can still offer the coaching and, additionally, can support you in putting these plans in place.
Looking after your top talent is crucial to ensuring you have strong future leadership for the business as it gives a clear message to the individual that you value their contribution and see a future for them (ie you retain the talent) as well as actually developing the necessary skills for both the short- and long-term.
Team/Group Coaching
Team coaching can take place with any group of people, such as a particular function, a group of senior female employees or even the senior management team.
The structure very much depends on the type of team being coached and the desired outcomes. Outcomes could range from defining team mission and goals through to influencing the board, understanding key issues and defining and deploying strategy. As such, the coach is likely to adopt various techniques including coaching, facilitation and consulting skills to maximise the inter-group sharing and learning.
